Little Beauty ... The Year In Photographs ... February 7, 2013

I noticed this little beauty on display in the shadehouse when I was watering this morning.

I'm not much of an Orchid expert, so if anyone can I.D. this lovely thing, I would be most appreciative.  This was a pass-along plant and the lovely old lady who gave it to me didn't know what it was either.

The Neem tree, Azadirachta indica, is in bloom and attracting all sorts of lovely insects and butterflies.

I'm afraid I couldn't get close enough for great clear close-ups, so you will have to look very closely to spot the various insect visitors.
