I particularly liked the Sclumbergera, every Christmas I decide I must buy one, but I never do, this year I really want to. I tried to find a dark red last year but there were only purple and pink ones available. I need to keep it in my kitchen and my kitchen walls are crimson red, it wouldn't fit with pink HELENEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16112289914239038835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4481571533790905294.post-45666865546618213292013-06-02T09:18:08.336+10:002013-06-02T09:18:08.336+10:00Bernie so hard to believe it is winter where you a...Bernie so hard to believe it is winter where you are as your weather is my summer....lovely end of autumn bloomsDonna@Gardens Eye Viewhttp://gardenseyeview.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4481571533790905294.post-77803643342725465952013-06-02T09:14:45.236+10:002013-06-02T09:14:45.236+10:00Thanks for visiting Laura, and thank you for the i...Thanks for visiting Laura, and thank you for the invitation.BernieHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04435004798656616711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4481571533790905294.post-79233195065891030932013-06-02T09:14:28.761+10:002013-06-02T09:14:28.761+10:00Thanks Gunilla. There's still predictions of more light showers on the way, which is a little unusual for this time of year. The colours really do lift the spirit. My Impatiens are usually in shady spots until this time of year. During our mid-to-late Autumn and all through our Winter, they sit out in full sun. In our Spring and Summer they get a respite from the fierce sunshine, but they still wilt in the heat.BernieHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04435004798656616711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4481571533790905294.post-179072610454764552013-06-01T10:21:08.269+10:002013-06-01T10:21:08.269+10:00G'day Sue. Usually we've seen the end of the rain by the end of May, so it's been delightful getting these light showers of rain every evening. Today is officially our first day of Winter and it started with a shower of rain as well. It will be interesting to see how it progresses.BernieHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04435004798656616711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4481571533790905294.post-57118117961588172632013-06-01T03:45:59.801+10:002013-06-01T03:45:59.801+10:00A glorious sunrise and beautiful flowers. Years before May is our start of rainy season, but now it is not official yet although there are some afternoons with rainshowers, and the grasses are now green. We are delayed by one month, but i already lost my sunsets at the 5th Floor Window. Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05848957958059476177noreply@blogger.com
