Little Beauty ... The Year In Photographs ... February 7, 2013


I noticed this little beauty on display in the shadehouse when I was watering this morning.


I'm not much of an Orchid expert, so if anyone can I.D. this lovely thing, I would be most appreciative.  This was a pass-along plant and the lovely old lady who gave it to me didn't know what it was either.

    Bernie, this is so delicate and lovely. I am not good with orchids, husband brought to office and they seem to bloom away from me.

    Beautiful orchid! I don't know Australian orchids, over here we only have them in pots on our window sill, so I am afraid I don't know what this beauty is called :-)
